KOROR (Palau Horizon) – A man was hit with an iron bar in the shoulder while a juvenile was assaulted by an individual who also stole victim’s cell phone.
The man attacked with an iron bar went to the hospital after the assailant fled the scene.
The juvenile was in Topside when a man approached and assaulted him before grabbing the victim’s cell phone and fleeing the scene.
In other news, a woman reported to the police that she was assaulted by a man in Ngerbeched.
Another man was assaulted in Mokko area in a separate case.
At a laundromat in Ngerchemai, a woman lost her purse to a thief while she was doing her laundry.
Two men also lost their wallets when they went out fishing in Meyuns
One of the wallets contained bank cards, cash and coins amounting to $500.
A woman also reported that her wallet was stolen from her vehicle while she was in Topside Mobil station’s rest room.
The woman’s wallet contained her bank cards and driver’s license.
